Sanad will let you paste a statement attributed to the Prophet ﷺ, to the Qur'an, or to a named scholar, and see where it actually comes from: the work that carries it, the chain of transmission behind it, and the grade the classical critics recorded for it.
It is built to show you the evidence before it shows you a verdict — because the evidence is the part you can check.
The waitlist is hosted on theogrid.ai. No release date has been announced.

Locate the source
Paste a claim as you received it. Sanad will match it against the Islamic Primary Source Corpus and return the work it sits in, the book within that work, and the reference number — the coordinates you would need to look it up yourself.

Walk the isnād
The chain of transmission will be presented narrator by narrator, in order, as the primary object on the screen rather than as a footnote beneath a conclusion.

Report the recorded grade
Where the classical tradition recorded a grade, Sanad will show it as a citation and name the critic who assigned it. It reports gradings that already exist in the literature; it does not originate them.

Evidence before verdict
Text, chain and citation appear first. The assessment appears last, and never appears on its own. If you disagree with the assessment, the material you would need to argue with it is already in front of you.

Say so when nothing is found
A claim that is not in the corpus will be reported as not found, plainly. Sanad will not assemble a plausible-looking chain to fill a gap, and an absence of evidence will be shown as an absence, not smoothed over.

Arabic first, English alongside
The Arabic wording is treated as the authority. The English sits beside it and is labelled as a translation, so the reader always knows which one carries the weight.

Where Sanad stops
Sanad does not issue rulings. It does not say what is permitted or forbidden. It is not a scholar, and it is not a replacement for one.
It is a verification instrument. It locates, it traces, and it cites. What a text means for your situation, and what you should do about it, are questions for a qualified human scholar — Sanad is designed to give that conversation better footing, not to end it.
Sanad will be an Agentic AI system built by MindHYVE.ai, Inc., running on the Eve-Theology™ F5/reasoner. Its output is evidence and citation. It carries no religious authority and no licensure of any kind.
